Enduring
Patagonia: The Winter West Face |
 |
Gregory Crouch is a speaker,
writer and mountaineer who works with companies using mountaineering lessons
to inspire real world change. Crouch uses his West Point background and
extensive real world experience to translate the expeditionary metaphors –
among them teamwork, communication, persistence, opportunism and leadership
– into lessons applicable to all of our lives and organizations.
|
|
Crouch developed a particular
obsession with the storm-swept peaks of the Patagonian Andes and made the
first-ever winter ascent of Cerro Torre’s
legendary West Face. Crouch’s writings have appeared in National Geographic,
Outside, Climbing and many other magazines, and his book, Enduring
Patagonia, was published by Random House and selected for the Barnes and
Nobles “Discover Great New Writers” program.
